As a UX research leader and certified CX champion, my passion is figuring out how people and things work, and finding ways to alleviate suffering while adding value for all stakeholders. I’m fluent in qualitative and mixed methods, with a specialty in service design and CX. I believe that employees and B2B users deserve good UX just as much as consumers do.

I’m also an award-winning writer of nonfiction and fiction. My happy places include: home improvement & DIY, gardening/landscaping with native plants, playing guitar and ukulele, hiking, and watching history documentaries.

Random Trivia

• In college, I worked in the Astronomy department, where I got to catalog meteorites and once helped a visiting astronaut check his email.
• I once dropped out of business school to take standup comedy classes. It’s one of the best career decisions I have made. While I don’t perform anymore, it turned me into a fearless public speaker.
• I crochet emotional support chickens.
